Shkolny, am appealing with the martyrdom video, by now through the Internet, to the President of the Russian Federation Medvedev, to the President of the Supreme Court Lebedev and to the Prosecutor-General Chaika requesting and demanding to stop fourteen-year lawlessness of pocket-venal military courts and prosecutors of the Moscow Military District, of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court, of the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office, to restore my rights and freedoms associated with unlawful order of dismissal according to fake, falsified documents and without execution of my officer's personal file, without issuing an order for the military registration, without a new identity card and without providing an apartment according to a place of residence chosen by me.

Address of Reserve Captain Gennadiy Kiyan

I am Gennadiy Grigorevich Kiyan, retiree of fire protection service, resigned Captain. Five of my relatives served, and some continue serving in the Emergency Control Ministry. I address to Mr.Nurgaliev, Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr.Shojgu, Minister of Emergency Control, and prime minister Mr.Putin.

Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich (Putin), I repeatedly address to you with this question. As recently as on the 3rd of December 2009 you declared on TV that if a military man breaks the they should be punished strictly for it, and the reaction to (any) negative displays in that environment should be especially sharp, fast and drastic!

I completely agree with the above, but I would like to comment that Garrison Commander of Fire Protection Service of the town of Raduzhniy, Lieutenant Colonel of Internal Service Alexander Ivanovich Jarmola was violating the law since 2002. Many Officers along with me informed higher management in the town of Khanty-Mansiysk about negative displays and about the fact that Mr. Jarmola using forged documents signed by himself extorted money from the employees of Fire Protection, threatening them with eviction or ejection and discredited the Officers. The management shows no reaction.

NEW SCANDAL IN ELITE UNIT WITHIN MINISTRY OF INTERIOR RF

Letter from SRRD (Special Rapid Repsonce Division) soldier: SRRD is “dying”.

Let me unburden my mind!!! Can’t stand it any more! Revolt is about to happen in of combat division of Specialized Designation Police Detachment !!!

About one year and a half year ago a new officer was appointed in our division. Immediately after that our division was sent for an official trip to the Chechen Republic during which the *gnew*h commander absolutely failed as a leader of special division – panic behavior and inability to making decisions in difficult situations. Besides was revealed his craving for strong drinks which resulted in violent behavior, attacks on division members, manhandling cases, attempts to grab weapon. Military personnel had to twist arms of the fresh-baked *gleader*h and handcuff him to bed. The division doctor pulled him out of booze through medicine droppers, and after that the so-called leader for some time had model behavior, was as quiet as a mouse, apologized to everybody and was a sample of calmness and courtesy.

But the trip was over. Upon return, this so called leader organized a campaign on getting rid of those people who twisted and handcuffed him to bed, and all the members who dared say anything against his will were kicked out of the division. Repeated collective appeals to the Command detachment were not successful. The Command detachment wouldn’t listen!

Several mass media sources announced another criminal case initiated against Dymovskiy, himself and brother Konstantin Minkov are accused of drug dealing. Allegedly he has been under police supervision since spring 2009.

We would like to draw your attention to “unknown sources in Ministry of Interior” referred by mass media in the news. Neither Dymovskiy nor his defense are informed well on initiation of a new criminal case. We consider that it is nothing but attempt to ''hang'' new cases on Mr. Dymovskiy just to coop him up in prison for a long time.

Question we are asking ourselves is how could have A. Dymovskiy obtained this mid 2009 being allegedly suspected of drug dealing?

Only connivance of Dymovskiy`s direct boss Mr. Chernositov V.A who surely would be well informed of suspicion development, could allow promotion. Would it not make sence for investigating authorities to open the same case against Chernositov and unite these two lawsuits into one big case? Why not check on financial situation of these two “military werewolves”?

Former assistant Attorney of the city of Ukhta Grigory Chekalin may be released on half a million roubles bail

Former Assistant Attorney of Ukhta, Grigory Chekalin, may be released on half a million roubles bail. This judgment was delivered on the 3 February by Olga Razmyslova, the judge of Syctyvcar Federal Court.

The Court agreed with the arguments of preliminary investigation concerning that Grigory Chekalin doesn't have permanent residual address on the territory of the Komi Republic, he avoided investigatory actions and was even put on a federal wanted list. At the same time the Court took into consideration the fact that crime investigation where Grigory Chekalin appears is almost completed. Besides underage child and unemployed wife are dependent on the former assistant attorney. That is why the judgment was delivered to free Grigory Chekalin on bail. Till end of investigation he is obliged to stay in Syktyvkar.

According to Leonid Molchanov, the lawyer representing Chekalin's interests, the specified amount of bail will be paid today. Besides, said the lawyer, in a few days a complaint letter will be sent to the European Human Rights Court in order to contest the judgment of conviction concerning Alexey Pulyalin and Anton Korostelev who had been convicted of arson of ''Passage'' shopping center of Ukhta.
