My name is Alexander Simon, I'm the chief editor of the "Evening Yaroslavl" newspaper.

With great interest did I listen to your speech addressing the Federal Convention, especially I was impressed by the first part where you say that corruption problem in Russia cannot be solved simply by plantings. [Note of the translator: the word "planting" which you would use e.g. for "Planting potatoes" is here used in the sense of "jailing"].
