This web site is not Alexey Dymovsky’s home page nor does it belong to him. In fact, Dymosvky no longer belongs to himself. He belongs to the people who trust him and have faith in our country, the country which we OURSELVES can make a better place to live. Our views do not always match those of Dymovsky but we wholeheartedly second his call to stop keeping silent about what is going on in Russia. The time is well overdue to save our country.
Things cannot change overnight. Our current goal is to provide news coverage for those who fearlessly challenge the regime and its thriving culture of kickbacks and corruption. This project is also aimed at connecting individuals of different backgrounds, political views, and religious faiths, those who think that the future of our country is THEIR business.
At this moment:
Alexey Dymovsky: it's the thirty-seventh day he has been in the Krasnodar prison.
Dmitry Anatolevich, I am appealing to you, as to the guarantor for maintenance of rights and liberties of citizens and of the Constitution on the territory of the Russian Federation.
I, Evseev Mikhail Aleksandrovich, till November 2008, I worked in the capacity of a detective in the Internal Affairs Directorate in Komi Republic.
In 1999 I took an oath to protect rights and dignity of citizens and not to derogate their human dignity. For the first time in 2008 I applied to your address with a request to help to restore the social
justice. In particular, to give me an apartment on the territory of the republic by results of the commission in North-Caucasian region.
By result of the commission I have a number of the state awards. At present, I would like to say about that lawlessness, which is going in the system of the Ministry of Interior in the Komi Republic, in a public prosecutor's office, in MHA and in the other echelons of power.
In principle, it was one of the main reasons why I have left work in the police force. I gave up fighting windmills, fighting against lawlessness amongst our management.
In particular, I repeatedly declared, while working in the police force, about the corruption facts, about facts of falsifications of criminal cases, about starts of the "ordered" cases against businessmen from among small and average business. At dismissal I continued to assert rights and liberties of citizens, whom were unlawfully convicted at us in the republic territory. But at present, continuing this position, I have reported with a former deputy prosecutor of Ukhta town of the Komi Republic about facts of falsifications in a number of criminal cases.
In particular, in November, 2009 two young men were sentenced to imprisonment for life for a crime supposedly committed by them (in particular, the arson of the shopping centre Passage).
I had supported statement of their innocence facts and documents, and with Chekalin Grigory (the former deputy prosecutor of Ukhta) I sent various letters to executive bodies, to the public prosecutor's office, to high circles of MHA. However, we have not been heard. Not one structure used our proof.
Dmitry Anatolevich, I am appealing to you: won't really this lawlessness end in our country, conditions for normal work never appear in the system of bodies of home affairs, when people (the employees of a militia) will stop simply fabricating these "ordered" cases?
The given appeal is, in principle, the last chance to reach out to high echelons of power.
I ask you to check up simply that fact why they paid no attention to our statements, and to be the judge of the indecent behaviour of employees of MHA of the Komi Republic, of employees of the public
prosecutor's office, and to take our statements to consideration.
Thankful in advance, Dmitry Anatolevich, for listened my position.
